13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Cairo Giza Pyramids Guide arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at info@museumegys.com. We will make good-faith efforts to address and resolve your concern within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

13.3 Litigation

If the dispute cannot be resolved through the above mechanisms, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts located in Cairo for the final resolution of the dispute. Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of the dispute.

14. Term and Termination

14.1 Term

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect for as long as you access or use museumegys.com or any of our services. Your obligations under certain provisions of these Terms, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, indemnification, and limitation of liability, shall survive any termination of these Terms.

14.2 Termination by User
